🌱 PLANTS & CARE
Q: Are your plants grown in-house?
Yes! Most of our plants are grown, acclimatized, and nurtured right here in Vasai, Maharashtra. We give each plant time to adjust to local conditions before it’s shipped out.
Q: How do I care for my new plant?
Every plant comes with basic care instructions. For more detailed tips, follow us on Instagram [@UrbanTropicalsIndia] or DM us for guidance — we’re happy to help!
Q: Do you sell variegated or rare plants?
Absolutely. We specialize in rare and exotic species including variegated Monsteras, Licuala mattanensis 'Mapu', Sonerilas, orchids, and other collector plants.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India only. International orders are not available at this time.
Q: How long will it take to receive my plant?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 working days, depending on the plant and its readiness. Delivery time depends on your location, typically within 4–10 business days.
Q: Is shipping safe for delicate plants?
Yes! We pack each plant with extreme care using eco-conscious, protective materials to ensure safe delivery. In most cases, plants bounce back within a few days of transit.
📸 DAMAGE, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Q: What if my plant arrives damaged or dead?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please:
1. Take an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
2. Share clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Send them to us on Instagram DM or email (urbantropicalsindia@gmail.com).
If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Since plants are living, perishable items, we do not accept returns. However, if the plant arrives in poor condition and the issue is documented promptly (with an unboxing video), we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Q: Can I request a custom plant combo or bulk order?
Yes! We love curating custom orders for plant stylists, gifting, and rare collectors. Message us directly and we’ll create something special for you.
